How Can I Track My Order?
Simple! We give you a tracking number right after you purchase the product that will display the status of your order. You simply go to the tracking area and insert the tracking number that we provided via email!
I Did Not Receive My Item, What Now?
If you didn't receive your shipment within 10 days after purchase please contact support at email@example.com and send us the order number. We will get back to you right away with the following steps.
Can I Exchange My Item?
We cannot currently offer exchanges on any of our products. If you're having any problem with any product please contact our support staff at firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the issue. We will find a much better solution for you :)

Will I Receive A Full Refund Of My Order?
When approved, you will receive a full refund of the order volume. However, we only offer a partial refund on orders that are outside the U.S. You will receive the majority of your purchase volume except for the shipping costs to your area.
