I Did Not Receive My Item, What Now?

If you didn't receive your shipment within 10 days after purchase please contact support at and send us the order number. We will get back to you right away with an answer.


Can I Exchange My Item?

I Received A Damaged/Defected Item.

3. Photos of the damaged item


Will I Receive A Full Refund Of My Order?

When approved, you will receive a full refund of the order volume. However, we only offer a partial refund on orders that are outside the U.S. You will receive the majority of your purchase volume except for the shipping costs to your area.
