All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which is emailed to you upon your order being processed. We offer shipping options with USPS, UPS or DHL
The estimated delivery times for ‘USPS Priority Mail’ is 2-3 business days once you have received the shipping confirmation with a tracking number. These times are supplied by service providers and we are not responsible for items arriving after that time frame. USPS orders are occasionally subject to delays at the border; please plan your urgent orders accordingly.
United States Shipping
- Free tracked shipping on all orders (before taxes)

- Please review your tracking number which is sent to you upon shipping

Canada Shipping
- Standard shipping rates will apply to all orders under $50
- International shipments are responsible for any additional fees (such as taxes/duties/brokerage fees) upon arrival of the package. This is up to the destination country and cannot be controlled by Mind Heaven™ LLC.
- Mind Heaven™ LLC does not cover the duty of a shipment. Nor do we provide invoices for lesser dollar amounts.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your product you have our 30 days guarantee, which means that you can return the parcel 30 days from the day you received it.
